“Trade Marketing and B2b Distribution: the case of Maxima SpA” Is the degree thesis presented by our colleague Valeria Turri for her Marketing and Business Organization degree, obtained with a score of 110 cum laude on 14th April 2021 at the Course of Communication and Economics of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
Valeria joined the Maxima team in 2019 and she is now employed In the Sales Department. Valeria has chosen Maxima as case-study for her thesis for different reasons. “During my studies, I saw connecting points with my everyday job. For this reason, I thought Maxima could be an Interesting and original theme for my thesis. I spoke about my Idea with our President, Mr. Mirco Dall’Olio, who was keen on the Idea. He helped me to get Important Information for my thesis, together with the other colleagues. So, I had the possibility to explore new aspects that do not fall within my duties, broadening my point of view. It was Interesting to analyse our marketing and communication activities, particularly those related to our channel of distributors”.
The studies of Valeria will continue, after a deserved pause, with the magistral degree in General Management. ” Working and studying at the same time allows me to deepen and apply my studies in my everyday life. The atmosphere in the company also motivates me. Maxima always supports any initiative aimed at professional and personal growth: I have always been encouraged and sustained during my “journey” , and they also gave me the possibility to attend language courses, in full continuity with high school, where I chose the course “International Relations for Marketing“ and studied 3 foreign languages.
With satisfaction and a pinch of pride, Maxima wishes to Valeria Turri luck for the continuation of her studies and underlines again the importance of education and training for the growth of companies, of the territory and of the whole society.
