Two weeks full of appointments have just ended, in the context of new year meeting of the Maxima sales force.
A good 10 days marked by classroom training sessions and field tests, in which all the salesmen for the Italian market and all the colleagues active both in France and in the export markets took part.
It was an opportunity to share the excellent results of 2022 certified at the meeting in December 2022 and explore, with the support of various specialized consultants, the various aspects connected to the sales network activity: regulatory updates, technical focus, customer management, problem solving and communication.
The practical cutting and coring tests, which took place in the test area set up in the Maxima headquarters, were both awaited and appreciated.
These activities allowed the participants to explore the most widespread needs and problems of companies and professional operators in a practical and concrete way.
Local presence and on-the-job training
The Maxima sales network arrived at this appointment with the new year recording growth both in Italy and in France, through the inclusion of 3 new salesmen.
For the transalpine market, in particular, the areas of competence are divided as follows: Bourgogne-Franche-Comté with M. Loprete, Pays-de-la-Loire and Bretagne with M. Ferrua and finally the Grand-Est with M. Pagliarani.
To be ever closer to dealers, businesses and professional operators, this year too Maxima will host numerous Demo-Days. Particular attention will also be paid to the enhancement of Maxirent, the exclusive rental formula to which over 200 dealers in Italy have subscribed and which, in the current market conditions, represents an excellent opportunity to diversify the offer by offsetting sales fluctuations.
At the request of partners and customers who have chosen to focus on the Maxima brand and solutions to develop their identity, it will finally be possible to organize training meetings for sales personnel directly on site, with practical tests of the equipment and products.
