The needs of construction and plumbing companies can vary greatly from one case to another.
When it is necessary to intervene in inhabited buildings, subject to architectural constraints, or in areas where the supply of water is subject to restrictions or prohibitions, the traditional water core drilling may be impracticable.
However, these limits can be overcome with the dry core drilling technique: little invasive for the customer, “clean” in terms of work execution, and sustainable from the environmental point of view as it allows not to waste water, an increasingly precious and limited resource.
CAROMAX 1800
The core of the system is CAROMAX 1800, Maxima’s best-selling coring machine that, combined with specific diamond core bits, allows dry drilling of reinforced concrete and other building materials, up to a diameter of 205 mm, by hand, without column.
Powerful 1800 W, equipped with micro percussion and double clutch (mechanical and electronic) CAROMAX 1800 is suitable for any use in construction and plant engineering. Equipped with the appropriate suction kit and Vacuum Core Bits, it allows cores without water and dust not only on reinforced concrete but also bricks, tiles, stones and concrete, for length from 70 mm to 300 mm. With specific extensions, it is possible to drill holes deeper than 700 mm. It is also possible to cut re-bars up to 20 mm diameter, even crossed.
A responsible choice
CAROMAX 1800 and Maxima Dry Core Bits are common in many countries around the world where the availability of water is poor, precisely for the possibility that they offer to work without it completely.
With Maxima solutions, you guarantee your customer a properly done job and help reduce water waste: a responsible choice for the good of the community.
