The top of the range are Laser Oro Silent, Laser Orange Silent and Laser Amaranth Silent, which are characterized by their exclusive design, excellent performances and the silenced sandwich shape, which reduce the noise of use by 30% for different type of materials (ex. concrete, even heavily reinforced concrete, granite, refractory, sandstone and more).
The Laser Oro Silent model is characterized by the patented Duramax® technology, which allows an exact distribution of the diamond, ensuring durability, cutting speed and maximum cutting edge on all materials. It is available in 230 mm diameter.
Leading solution among the universal laser discs with traditional sectors, the Laser Orange Silent model is the only and exclusive diamond tool with a “ball” design that facilitates cooling, dust discharge and smoothness, guaranteeing superior performance in terms of durability, speed and accuracy.
Furthermore, the Laser Amaranth Silent is distinguished by the innovative production technology of “shark tooth” diamond segments, which attack the material to be cut with exceptional effectiveness and speed of execution. Both models are available for diameters 115, 125 and 230 mm.
The laser-welded sector discs are particularly suitable for medium-large diameters, from 180 mm upwards. Compared to turbo discs of the same quality, which on the other hand offer greater precision in smaller diameters, they ensure greater speed, durability and effective dust discharge.
Maxima is one of the few manufacturers in the world to offer double laser-welded and silenced discs with different technologies.
In addition to sandwich silencing, which absorbs noise emissions by 30% thanks to the 3 layers that make up the core, silenced discs are available through laser silencing cuts filled with resins, which reduce noise by 15. %, such as the SILENT RED LASER model.
